PROUDLY NO-KILL
At Pugs and Hugs Rescue, we are committed to a strict No-Kill policy. This means that we do not euthanize animals due to time or space constraints. Every dog in our care, regardless of age, breed, or medical condition, will be given the love, attention, and medical support they need while we work tirelessly to find them a forever home.
Our No-Kill policy ensures that euthanasia is only considered in cases where an animal is suffering from a terminal illness or severe injury that cannot be humanely treated, and only upon the recommendation of a licensed veterinarian. In such rare instances, the decision will always be made with the utmost compassion and respect for the animal’s quality of life.
We believe that every life is precious, and we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for all of the dogs we rescue. We actively collaborate with other rescue organizations, foster families, and adopters to ensure each dog has the best chance at a happy, healthy future.
Through community education, responsible pet ownership advocacy, and ongoing support for adopters, Pugs and Hugs Rescue strives to create a world where every dog is valued and loved.
If you have any questions about our No-Kill policy or how you can support our mission, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
